Last month my beauty & fashion bloggers group took a brief hiatus from our monthly blog hops. We’re back this month for a Spooktacular Beauty Blog Hop with an obviously Halloween theme. Halloween has always held a unique place in my heart because my birthday is just a few days before. I can’t tell you how many Halloween themed birthday celebrations I’ve had over the years.
Halloween is one day a year where you can let your inner monster (or princess, for that matter) run around unfettered. But why limit yourself to just one day a year? Why not keep a little bit of Halloween with you all the time? This October 13th, I thought I’d pick 13 Halloween inspired items to help you keep that vibe going for more than one day in October.

I LOVE this list!! So many unique products that are great for anytime of the year. I love that Gold Cuff, that Butter London set (yes please!) and the Start Wars tee. 🙂
I’m dying for that Butter London Set. My birthday is this month and I keep fighting the urge to buy myself too many presents. I actually have that gold cuff (it came in a Fancy box) and it’s a great statement piece.
All great choices here! Really loving the Vampire polish and Maleficent Lipgloss. I’ve always wanted the One Ring!!! I think that would be so fun to wear around.
I have the Vampire polish and it’s awesome. Jelly finishes are my favorite. Thinkgeek shows some pics of the one ring worn on a necklace and I love the way it looks styled that way.
I have to give the Vampire polish a try! Thanks! 🙂
What a great idea for this Blog Hop! I love #1 the most – that Ouija Board dress is awesome. I wish it were a little less expensive; I would totally buy it. As it is, it’s too much for me to spend on something that I wouldn’t get a ton of use out of. Bummer.
I love that scarf too – that would be fun for when you don’t want to wear a costume, but still want to show some Halloween spirit.
The dress is definitely more spendy than I would like but Modcloth frequently has great sales so maybe add it to your wishlist and stalk it. I just grabbed some Jeffrey Campbell shoes that were over $120 for $59, so things do get marked down quite a bit!
I like what you did with this post! You included a lot of different costume options, so it really gets the wheels in the brain turning. I love that Zoya polish!
13 incredible choices. I like them all. Love the scarf. 🙂
Thanks! I love whimsical things and it was super hard to narrow it down to only 13.
