So today I’m sorting through my stack of overdue box reviews and I’ve got one of my faves. It’s time for my Popsugar Must Have Box. We’ve got the February review plus a spoiler for this month’s box.

I freakin love this. I’ve been planning on doing some terrariums for the new house so this is perfect. I think I’ll put it in my new studio. I’ve heard some posts that people are receiving them broken. My box just arrived so I’m crossing my fingers that mine is intact.
FEBRUARY MUST HAVE BOX
Tribe Alive Foldover clutch – Atitlán Brocade
(Suggested Retail: $98)

Verdict: Love!
This is such a pretty clutch and it’d be just the thing I’d take on a vacation. It coordinates perfectly with the Tribe Alive bag from my Rachel Zoe Spring box. I now have an awesome matching set.
Battington Lashes – Monroe 3D silk Lashes
(Suggested Retail: $25.00)

Verdict: Like!
Okay, I’m making my solemn vow to you all that once I am actually living in my new house with a vanity and space for makeup, I am going to attempt to use fake lashes. I’ve gotten a few sets from boxes over the years, but always been too intimidated to try them out. But I’ve promised you guys, and as a woman of my word, I’m going to do it. Say a little prayer that I don’t accidentally glue them to my contact lens.
Kris Nations Jewelry – Love Script Necklace
(Suggested Retail: $48.00)

Verdict: On the fence
Many moons ago, in a LE Neiman Marcus Popsugar box, I received a very similar necklace so I’m not sure that I’m going to keep this. It’s definitely sweet and nice for a Valentine’s day theme, but I may end up giving this one away as a gift.
Chuao Chocolatier – Cinnamon Cereal Smooch Chocolate Bar
(Suggested Retail: $6.00)
Description: ” Cereal for dessert is already a great idea, but thanks to California-based chocolatier Chuao, it’s now the real deal! The Cinnamon Cereal Smooch Chocolate Bar gives you permission to sweeten up your favorite breakfast treat.”
Verdict: Hit!
Chocolate is sort of a no-brainer for February boxes and this was delicious.
Juara Skincare Candlenut Body Creme
(Suggested Retail: $35.00)
Description: “Get rid of your dry Winter skin while dreaming of a tropical vacation with this luxurious body crème from Juara. The nourishing candlenut oil is mixed with vitamin E to retain elasticity, soothe your skin and give you back your gorgeous glow.”
Verdict: Gift
A body crème is nice inclusion, but I’ve tried this brand through Birchbox and it just didn’t wow me. I’ll gift it to a friend who will enjoy it more.
SPECIAL EXTRA
Revlon Super Lustrous “Love is On” Lipstick
(Suggested Retail: $7.99)
Description: “Revlon’s Super Lustrous lipstick is a perfect shade of red that looks good on everyone. Feel confident and choose love this month with this beautiful color on your lips.”
Verdict: Love!
A red lipstick is a perfect fit for a Valentine day theme. I didn’t swatch this because I’m saving it for my new makeup kit, but the color looks lovely.
OVERALL:
Verdict: Like!
The foldover clutch really made this box for me – everything else was just a nice bonus. Because of the great holiday promotion I snagged in November, I paid only $20.46 and the estimated retail on this box came out to $222.99. Even though not everything was my personal taste, I thought the items fit the season and offered a lovely variety that most subscribers will enjoy.
